Sabrient Systems LLC ("Sabrient" or "we" or "us") has made certain products and services available to individual investors. If you wish to subscribe to a Sabrient product or service, please read this subscription agreement, along with our Terms of Use. By subscribing to a Sabrient product or service, you agree to the following subscription terms.
Limitation of Use of Sabrient Research
Sabrient’s SmartLink, SmartLists, and SmartStock reports are intended for informational, non-commercial, and personal use by individual investors only. Any distribution by any medium of a SmartList, an individual stock selection, or a specific Sabrient rating violates Sabrient’s copyright and is strictly prohibited.
Fees and Payments
By subscribing to a Sabrient service or product, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any related charges (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Such charges will be billed automatically at the beginning of your subscription to the credit card which you supplied during the subscription process.
Automatic Renewal
Your monthly or annual subscription will renew automatically and will be billed to your credit card on file. We will notify you by email of the pending renewal of your subscription seven (7) days prior to the renewal date, except as otherwise required by law. In order to avoid automatic billing of renewal subscription fees, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date, in accordance with the cancellation terms in this document.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us by email (receipt of which must be confirmed by email reply from us). If you notify us during the first 30 days of your subscription, the full subscription price will be refunded. After the first 30 days, annual subscriptions will receive a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the subscription period. Otherwise, all fees and charges are nonrefundable.
Credit Card Changes
If you wish to use a different credit card for your automatic renewals or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may make such changes by going to the 'My Account' page on the Sabrient web site.
Notification of Price Changes
Sabrient may change its subscription fees and charges at any time or add new fees or charges. Thirty (30) days advance notice will be given to subscribers of any price changes. Annual subscription fees will remain in effect for the duration of the original subscription period.
